Grab the full installer below and save it to your computer.
Unzip the archive into a folder with no spaces in the path.
Open the installer and let it finish. Do not skip a step.
Paste our IP into the server list, then patch.
Log in with your account and pick your first class.

This game is lightweight. If your machine struggles, the problem is almost never the client.
